All our courses comply with the education and legislative guidelines set out by the HSE and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 which require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities, and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work.

About Us
We have over 30 years’ experience in working in health, social care and the construction industry and have a passion to ensure our training is enjoyable and to burst the myth that First Aid and Health and Safety training courses are boring.
I am Sharon and qualified as a Registered General Nurse and Midwife in the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps. I then moved into management where I have spent most of my career commissioning services to meet peoples needs. I soon became involved in First Aid training and decided to complete my instructor course so I was qualified to deliver flexible courses as I know how hard it is to juggle work commitments and release staff, but also how important it is to have staff trained appropriately.
Tim is my husband and has spent many years in the construction industry and worked as an electrician. He took an interest in Health and Safety and spent time as the Health and Safety lead when working. He understands how good health and safety practices are key to any workplace.
Between us we decided to create S and T First Aid Training.
